“We shape our buildings; thereafter they shape us.” Winston Churchill

I haven’t posted anything for a while – I haven’t seen anything worth sharing.  But today I saw this.  Love this kitchen and it’s sculptural precision.  I believe it’s from a home in Shelley St, Elwood, Melbourne, built by Platinum Building Group.  Their website wasn’t very helpful, but then via Houzz I found a reference to Snaidero.  Google did the rest (again).  Rino Snaidero started his company in Italy in 1946 – originally building bedroom furniture before switching to modular kitchens.  I don’t know if anyone in NZ is importing their range?  I hope so.  The ‘Aria’ isn’t even my favourite :-)
